Our bathroom was renovated 15 years ago and the shower grout needed a refresh. Ivan did an excellent job cleaning and sealing the grout and tiles on the shower floor and replacing the cracked grout with silicone caulking between the floor and wall. Looks like a new again. After the shower refresh we hired Ivan for a second job to retile our guest bathroom. Very excellent work with attention to detail. I appreciate that Ivan asked us little things like how we'd like the tile offset, different options for corners and transitions and things like that. Ivan and Pamela are amazing.  Ivan's skill and attention to detail is fantastic. I challenged him with making sliding bookcases for me to separate the dining room from the family room and he nailed it! I didn't want grout lines in the kitchen so he applied the same granite as the counters to the backsplash and even around the window.  The craftsmanship is unbelievable. My home is totally transformed!  Pamela's guidance on deciding finishes, colours, and overall support was instrumental.  I can't recommend them enough for any project. Brako renovated our basement from top to bottom including a fully remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. They also helped us plan the layout and to pick the colors and finishings. Brako Interiors came to our rescue when our childcare centre had a major flood. They were able to start the work right away. They worked quickly while still maintaining high quality work so that we could re-open the centre again. They were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. Ivan does the reno work while Pamela does the behind the scenes ordering etc to ensure the project runs smoothly.   We had them do our bathroom this past month. Ivan and Pamela were a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our bathroom remodel, and their attention to detail is next to none. We went in with just a few pictures for inspiration and they crafted a plan that executed on everything we were dreaming of.
